Providing a safe, judgment-free, trustworthy and compassionate environment is the space I create as a therapist. In this space I help individuals focus on their individual needs, validate their experiences, unlock their inner strengths, and in so doing, reclaim their power to navigate a fulfilling life that is healed.
Learn MoreI love working with both couples and young professionals. Couples represent the anchor in family systems, and when these systems break down, it affects every aspect of the family. Additionally, I find joy in working with young professionals who are embarking on the start of a new career or relationship. They often find this transition challenging to navigate, and I enjoy helping them learn how to do so successfully. Assisting them in realizing their resilience and providing tools for their journey towards wellness and growth is a fulfilling aspect of my work.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive in the specifics challenges you're facing as well as going over the intake form you filled out.
